The Keeley Electronics Super Rodent is a 4-in-1 pedal that gives you two well-known distortion circuits and two uniquely new sounds accessed by the toggle switches! Crammed into this stompbox are two different overdrive and distortion circuits, giving you authentically analogue tones for you to create your sound, your way.

Monstrous Mutant

You could describe the Super Rodent as a Frankenstein pedal, bridging classic ‘Japanese Super 0-Drive’ and ‘Rodentia Michigander’ distortion circuits, you can create a monstrous hybrid wave of sound.

Diode Clipping

Loaded with both styles of clipping, the Super Rodent can be used to create hard clipping distortion tones or smooth overdrive SD1-style sounds. You can produce more aggressive and sharp distortion when the RT switch is enabled, alternatively, you can capture a soft clipping when the SD switch is engaged, for an articulate, crunchy sound.
