Ambient Gateway – The Encounter comes loaded with 6 onboard Delay engines (Noise Tape, Resonant, Drum Echo, Echoverb, Kaleidoscope and Helix) as well as 6 Reverbs (Hypersphere, Shimmers, TremVerb, Reverse, Lo-Fi and Swell). Reverbs and Delays can be used together, as well as dual reverb and dual delay.
Analogue Dry Through – Keep your signal path pure with the Encounters’ completely analogue dry through signal path. Perfect for keeping the dynamics, harmonics and overtones of your signal intact.
Built For Any Rig – With 8 Presets accessible via onboard controls and 128 presets available via MIDI, multiple expression control options, as well as a versatile mix knob and global Kill-Dry mode, integrating the Encounter to any rig couldn’t be simpler.

Unrivalled Versatility

All six delay and six reverb engines can be used individually or in pairs (that includes dual delay or dual reverb combinations) with full MIDI functionality and stereo ins & outs. Routing options include series, parallel, or split stereo. Each footswitch engages or disengages its own effect, essentially providing the functionality of two separate pedals in one unit.
