The NUX NFB-2 Lacerate FET Boost is a versatile boost pedal that functions as both a powerful clean boost and a gritty dirty boost. Powerful boost capabilities from a remarkably portable pedal. Deploying dual FET circuitry helps deliver the astonishing 35dB of gain allowing you to push your boost to extremes. This tonal versatility is remarkably easy to access with the intuitive 1-knob control layout. This gives you access to two individual boost modes and also the option to switch between true and buffered bypass at will. The clever circuitry extends to powering the pedal; an internal voltage-doubler automatically pushes 9V up to 18V for a more expansive dynamic response and vastly increased headroom. All housed in a pocket-sized enclosure this is economically sized to take up as little space on your pedalboard as possible. Small but mighty- the die-cast chassis is designed to withstand whatever you throw it. Whether on stage in the studio or just practicing the robust construction ensures reliable performance at all times.

Boost Pedals

Boost pedals increase your signal level, helping solos stand out, pushing an amplifier harder or adding extra presence to your tone. Some boosts are clean and transparent, while others add colour, midrange, grit or brightness depending on the circuit design.

A boost pedal can be used before overdrive to add saturation, after drive pedals for a volume lift, or at the start of the chain to strengthen the guitar signal. It is one of the simplest but most useful pedals for live players and tone-shapers alike.

Guitar Pedals

Guitar Pedals is a useful category for players looking to shape their guitar or bass sound in a more focused way. Products in this area can help with tone, control, routing, performance or creative sound design depending on the exact type of gear involved.

For anyone building a pedalboard, guitar pedals options can help fill a specific gap in the signal chain or open up new sounds that are difficult to achieve with an amp alone. They are worth exploring when you want a more personal, flexible and practical setup.
