Remember those giant chrome Tel-Ray Morleys from the 70s? So do a lot of our fans, and after years of folks asking us to revisit some of those designs, now is the time! The original Tel-Ray Volume Boost combined an optical Volume (no pots to wear out or get scratchy) and a foot-selectable boost circuit that can give you up to 40db of boost. Be loud and proud!

To save room on your pedal board, we made the Volume Boost much smaller than the original Tel-Ray version. To pay homage to the 70’s Tel-Ray Morley pedals, we decked it out in a chrome base and treadle, increased the pedal base height so it sticks up above the other pedals on your pedal board and added a vintage style knob on the Wah Boost and other visual details to give it that 70’s vibe. Groovy man!

Then, we added a few cool features like a glow-in-the-dark treadle grip so you can always find your pedal on a dark stage, an LED indication so you know what is on or off and designed to power up from a 9V adapter. We recommend the use of a Truetone One Spot adapter.

If you’re a fan of the 70’s Tel-Ray Morley pedals and our current lineup, this is the best of both worlds. Plus it is the first of a group of Tel-Ray Revival Series pedals coming down the pipeline. Buy a Morley. And Step On it!

Boost

A boost pedal does one simple thing brilliantly — it makes your signal louder, stronger, and more alive. Whether you’re pushing a valve amp into natural breakup, lifting a solo above the band, or adding a touch more presence to your core tone, a clean boost gives you extra headroom without changing your character.

Use it at the front of your chain to drive other pedals harder, or after your gain stages to raise volume without adding distortion. Subtle or powerful, transparent or slightly coloured, a boost is one of the most useful tools on any pedalboard — small box, big difference.

New

This is brand new, fresh in, and a UK warranty is included. New Gear always comes from trusted UK music retailers.

Vibe

A vibe pedal delivers that unmistakable swirling, pulsing modulation inspired by classic late-60s tones. It blends elements of chorus and phase into a deep, throbby movement that feels organic and three-dimensional under your fingers. From subtle shimmer to full psychedelic swirl, vibe adds motion without losing the core of your sound.

Use it to bring warmth and texture to clean chords, add movement to sustained leads, or capture that rich, expressive wobble heard on countless vintage recordings. Smooth, hypnotic, and full of character, a vibe pedal turns simple phrases into something far more atmospheric and alive.

Volume

Volume pedals control the output level of a guitar signal using a foot-operated treadle. They allow smooth volume swells, dynamic control during playing, and easy muting between songs. Volume pedals can be placed at different points in the signal chain to either control overall loudness or adjust gain and drive behaviour when positioned before distortion or overdrive pedals.

Wah

Wah refers to an expressive filter effect that sweeps through a range of frequencies, creating a vocal-like “wah” sound. Controlled in real time with a foot-operated treadle, it allows players to emphasise different parts of the frequency spectrum as they play. Wah pedals are commonly used for lead guitar, funk rhythm work, and expressive solos, responding closely to picking dynamics and foot movement.
