Phaser Pedals

Phaser pedals create a sweeping, swirling modulation effect by shifting the phase of the guitar signal and blending it back with the original. The result can be warm and subtle, funky and rhythmic, or deep and psychedelic depending on the speed and depth settings.

They are often used for classic rock leads, funk rhythm parts, ambient textures and slow-moving chord sounds. A phaser sits somewhere between movement and colour, adding character without making the guitar disappear in the mix.
