Our carefully-curated ‘Metal’ pedalboard bundle encompasses all of the essential effects that you’ll need to follow in the footsteps of famous guitarists like James Hetfield, Dimebag Darrell and Dave Mustaine! This is the easiest and most cost-effective way to emulate your high-gain heroes. Included in this package are a combination of Tone City and Landlord FX mini stompboxes — perfectly suited for players looking to form a simple sonic palette that won’t take up too much space.
These effects can be mounted onto the included Tone City TBP Pedalboard, which is a fantastic small-footprint platform. It’s built like a tank, and even comes with a gig bag that allows for easy transport to gigs or recording sessions! The bundle also comes with reliable right-angle patch cables for linking your effects together, as well as a power supply and daisy chain cable to power them all with.

Tone City Wild Fro Rabea Massaad Distortion
At the heart of this custom pedalboard bundle is the Tone City Wild Fro Distortion, made in collaboration with ex-Toska/Dorje guitarist and Andertons TV presenter Rabea Massaad. The Wild Fro is an aggressive-sounding distortion pedal with dangerous levels of gain on tap, based on Tone City’s acclaimed Wild Fire stompbox. While not a signature pedal per se, the Wild Fro has been slightly modified to meet Massaad’s specific tonal demands.
Landlord FX Knees Up EQ
Want a pedal that can help you to precisely tweak and tailor your tone to perfection? Trust us, the Landlord FX Knees Up EQ is the secret weapon in this neat little pedalboard bundle! An EQ pedal allows you to really sculpt your guitar sound, as you can cut or boost certain frequencies in your signal.
The Knees Up offers five frequency bands — 100Hz, 250Hz, 630Hz, 1.6kHz and 4kHz — which can be boosted or cut by up to 18dB of adjustable gain. For a pedal of its size, five EQ bands will give you plenty to play around with and the unit can therefore be used in a variety of ways. For example, cut the mids to achieve a scooped metal tone, boost the lows to fatten up a thin-sounding amp, or pump the mids and highs to make your big solo cut through in the mix. This mini stompbox is the perfect pairing to add a sonic variety of sweet, smooth, and tangy tones for a versatile pedalboard. Offering two distinctive modes: hammered and half-cut, you can create loud and expressive overtones, or smooth, warm, and dynamic soundscapes. By tweaking the gain knob, you can discover a broad variety controlled gain and sweet spots for articulate impressions, but if you’re wanting something a little heavier then you can turn the gain to the max and break into distortion territory.
Tone City Tape Machine Delay Pedal
The Tone City Tape Machine Delay is a stunning part-analogue, part-digital delay pedal. This well-designed stompbox keeps your dry signal crisp and clear by running through an analogue circuit, while the delay sounds are processed by a high-quality digital circuit. This gives you the best of both worlds, culminating in a beautifully clear and versatile delay.
