Description

A pedalboard can be a noisy place, and choosing the right power supply can make a big difference to the noise level and clarity of your guitar tone. That’s where the PWT 06 IEC comes in. With 06 high current, individually isolated, ultra low noise outputs, each with its own dedicated regulator and custom isolated transformer, the PWT 06 IEC represents the next generation of Palmer isolated pedal power supplies. Featuring two variable voltage outputs, the PWT 06 IEC lets you adjust the voltage between 6 and 18 volts, giving you even more headroom to run your overdrive pedals, as well as the “dying battery” sound that many guitarists love. In addition, the Palmer PWT 06 IEC has a USB C and USB A output with 18W so you can charge your mobile devices or even power your MIDI keyboards. We designed the PWT 06 IEC to address guitarists’ main pain points when it comes to powering their precious effects pedals, so you can perform with complete peace of mind, so you can perform with complete peace of mind, knowing that your pedals and rig will sound as good as they can.

PedalBoard

A pedalboard is the foundation of any organised effects setup, providing a stable surface to mount and power your pedals. It keeps everything neat, secure, and easy to transport, with tidy cable management and a single power supply to reduce noise and clutter. Whether you’re running a small setup with a few essentials or a large rig full of modulation, delay, and drive pedals, a well-built pedalboard helps you focus on playing rather than fumbling with cables.

Good pedalboards are lightweight yet sturdy, often made from aluminium with cutouts for cables and power leads. Many come with soft or hard cases for safe travel between gigs. Choosing the right layout makes a big difference — it’s all about balancing accessibility, signal flow, and power needs. A properly planned pedalboard not only protects your gear but also makes your setup faster, quieter, and more reliable wherever you play.

power supply

A power supply pedal unit keeps your board running clean, stable, and noise-free. Designed to deliver consistent, isolated power to multiple pedals at once, it prevents hum, ground loops, and voltage issues that can creep in with cheap adapters or daisy chains. It’s the quiet backbone of a reliable setup.

Use a proper power supply to protect your tone, simplify your wiring, and make sure every pedal performs exactly as intended. Whether you’re running a compact board or a full touring rig, solid power keeps everything tight, dependable, and ready to play.
