The Canvas Power HP Plus is a perfect power solution for hybrid rigs running pedals, modelers, and/or multi-effect pedals allowing you to power the thirstiest of pedals with two, 3A (three Amp, or 3,000mA) outputs. The HP Plus also has 7 isolated power outputs delivering up to 500mA of clean power at 9V and a 9/12/18V variable output. The 3A outputs can switch between 9V and 12V to power high-voltage pedals.

Canvas Power HP Plus brings simplicity and modularity to powering your modeler, multi-effect unit, or highpowered pedals. Boasting two ports delivering up to 3A each, and up to 500mA in seven ports of silent, isolated, and clean 9V power, the HP Plus is perfect for hybrid rigs using pedals and modelers like the Quad Cortex, HX Series, and many more. The Canvas Power series is built using modern switch mode supply architectures. This means each output is isolated, highly efficient, and heavily filtered ensuring they supply plenty of power with incredibly low noise.

The Power HP Plus is available for purchase as a standalone power supply or as a linkable unit to another supply via a 24V power link, allowing Canvas Power to grow with your power needs without adding another cable you need to plug into the wall.

The super slim 3 cm design allows Canvas Power Supplies to fit under nearly any pedalboard, and the included universal mounting brackets mean you don’t have to worry about your power supply staying put when you’re hustling to your next gig. The onboard LED power meter lets you clearly see how much power is being consumed, and each output has its own LED indicator letting you know when it’s sending power.

Walrus Audio has developed custom 2.1mm barrel cables featuring a 90-degree plug on one end and a new ultra-short straight plug on the other, providing maximum flexibility for fitting the power supply into tight spaces. Of course, standard 2.1mm barrel cables are also compatible—but they’re not nearly as cool.

Walrus Audio

Walrus Audio is an American boutique guitar effects pedal company based in Oklahoma City, known for its high-quality, innovative designs and artistic approach to pedal-making. Founded in 2011 by Brady Smith, the company quickly gained a reputation for creating pedals that offer a unique blend of rich, expressive tones and striking visual aesthetics.

Each Walrus Audio pedal is designed with meticulous attention to detail, often incorporating complex circuitry that allows for a wide range of sonic possibilities.

The pedals feature distinctive, hand-drawn artwork on their enclosures, making them visually appealing as well. Walrus Audio’s product lineup includes a variety of effects such as reverb, delay, overdrive, modulation, and more, and their pedals are widely appreciated by musicians for their creativity, durability, and superior sound quality.

Category

Specialist Effects Pedals

Specialist effects pedals sit outside the standard overdrive, delay, reverb and modulation boxes, or combine those processes in unusual ways. This broad category can include ring modulation, granular and sample-based effects, freeze and sustain devices, feedback tools, lo-fi processors, envelope circuits, rotary simulation, glitch, experimental filters and signal routers. The description on the individual product matters because the controls and signal path vary widely. Look for tracking, latency, dry blend, expression or MIDI support, headroom and bypass behaviour; specialist does not mean random, but it does mean the usual effect label is not enough.

Hybrid

Combines analogue audio circuitry with digital control, conversion or processing. The useful question is which part of the signal path remains analogue and which functions—presets, filtering or modulation—are handled digitally.
