Just pedals are excited to share the latest New Chorus Pedals by TC Electronic, the TC Electronic SCF GOLD Stereo Chorus Flanger Pedal Limited Edition Chorus Pedals is a great Chorus choice for new and experienced guitarists alike.. Read More below for more images, videos and latest UK prices from the TC Electronic brand, delivered by a UK retailer, with warranty & more. The TC Electronic SCF GOLD Limited Edition is a reissued and remade version of their very first effects pedal. In 1976 TC Electronics founders were frustrated with the noise floor of effects pedals on the market struggling to fit them into their music so they decided to make their own design. This is how the original SCF pedal was born and its beautiful dreamy sound quickly became a mainstay in studios and on the pedalboards of world-famous artists. Praised for its noise-free transparent character the SCF is a classic analog modulation effect. Now with the SCF Gold Limited Edition you can get this legendary effect in your setup new and improved in a small and rare batch that comes with a 9V DC power supply and unique gold chrome design. An exhaustively accurate reissue of the original circuitry the SCF Gold gives you the same wide swirling character that made the first SCF so sought after. With incredible headroom for high dynamic range a redesigned analog preamp for an improved low-frequency response and a staggeringly low noise floor the SCF Gold takes the original unit and builds on top of it for a more greatly improved experience. Get broad subtly sweeping sound for a rich stereo sound field or fast-paced wobbly character for your sounds out of this versatile modulator.

TC Electronic

Founded in Denmark in 1976 by brothers Kim and John Rishoj, TC Electronic first made its mark with the Stereo Chorus Flanger (SCF), prized for its transparent modulation. The company later developed the TC 2290 digital delay, a landmark studio processor, and extended its guitar range with compact effects, loopers and TonePrint-enabled pedals. JustPedals listings include the MojoMojo overdrive, Dark Matter distortion, Spark Booster, Ditto X2 looper and Flashback Triple Delay. TC Electronic now covers guitar, bass and voice products, so compare the exact model’s stereo routing, presets and control method.

Chorus Pedals

Chorus mixes the dry signal with one or more short, continuously modulated delays. The small pitch and timing movement between the paths creates width, shimmer and the impression of several instruments playing together. Rate controls the modulation speed, depth controls its excursion, and delay or mix settings determine whether the result is subtle thickening, a liquid wobble or a broad stereo image.

Tags

Analogue

The signal is shaped by continuously varying electronic circuitry rather than being converted into a digital effect algorithm. Component choice, operating voltage and circuit tolerances influence headroom, noise, clipping texture and the small variations in response between designs.

Flanger

Combines the dry signal with a very short, modulated delay. Regularly spaced phase cancellations form a moving comb filter, while feedback intensifies the notches and resonance to produce anything from gentle motion to a metallic jet-like sweep.

Stereo

Processes, creates or passes two audio channels. True stereo preserves separate left and right inputs, while mono-to-stereo effects generate spatial differences internally; routing, phase behaviour and whether trails remain stereo determine the resulting image. Some outputs sum to mono when only one socket is connected, which can change level or modulation depth.
