T-Rex Effects is a Danish maker of guitar and bass effects, echo units and pedalboard power products. Its catalogue ranges from overdrive, distortion and reverb to delays inspired by classic tape and echo machines. Replica and Reptile offer compact delay sounds, while the Replicator uses a motor, magnetic heads and tape cartridge; Møller 2 is an overdrive named for Danish guitarist Knud Møller. JustPedals listings include Mudhoney II, Creamer, Quint Machine and SoulMate Acoustic. T-Rex identifies some products, including the Replicator, as handcrafted in Denmark; origin should be checked against each model.
Specialist effects alter the signal in ways that do not sit cleanly inside one established family. They may use granular processing, frequency shifting, resonators, freeze or sustain, bit reduction, ring modulation, feedback networks or combinations of several techniques.
