Reintroducing the first ever Fulltone pedal, the ’69 fuzz pedal, Fulltone bring you the ’69 MKII fuzz pedal. Founder of Fulltone, Mike Fuller is once again able to get his hands on matched pairs of germanium transistors, which is finally enabling Fulltone to create a pedal mirroring the tone of his very first pedal, dating back to 1969!

Absolutely oozing with luxuriously vintage vibes, complimented perfectly through its versatile tone and easy usability,  the Fulltone ’69 MKII is the ideal go-to when looking for a straight-up, no messing about fuzz pedal! Proud of its solid construction, and resilience, this pedal really is as die-hard as the players coming out of the 60s period.

Control and articulation can be manipulated by its four knobs, putting all of the creative responsibility at your feet! Mould the midrange, harmonics, and sustain with its featured contour control and then simply tweak the volume to match your amp output with perfect intonation and precision.

Key Features:

  • Internal bias trimmer gives you unprecedented control over your tone
  • True bypass for sonic purity when not engaged
  • Ultra-rugged design will take a licking and keep on rocking
  • Contour control can smooth out your sound, or make it cut right through the mix-matched germanium transistors give you a true vintage vibe

What Fulltone say about the ’69 MKII Fuzz Pedal:

This is how you wished your Fuzzface sounded… Fat and Harmonic. And it cleans up like a vintage Fender amp when you turn down your guitar’s volume control. The Rolling Stones and the Black Crowes have discovered this trick.

If you love the first 2 Hendrix releases then you’ll love this pedal, with 2 Germanium transistors hand-picked and tested for optimum performance. A Contour Knob lets you dial in Midrange, Harmonics and Sustain, also an Input Bias knob that takes out the “woofiness” and gives great Overdrive/Distortion sounds when its level is reduced. An Internal Trimmer allows for adjustment of Clipping Symmetry, Harmonics, and Tracking.

Specifications subject to change at any given moment due to availability… and whimsy.

True-Bypass w/LED is standard equipment to preserve tone when the pedal is off!

Eric Johnson says of his ’69… “Of all the pedals I’ve been sent… I like this one the best!” (1998 Guitar World magazine)

About Fulltone

We have new and used Fulltone gear available on our website for fast direct delivery direct to you from across sellers in all areas of the USA & UK.

Fulltone was a boutique American pedal company founded by Mike Fuller in 1991, known for its high-quality, hand-built effects pedals inspired by vintage tones. With a focus on premium components and durability, Fulltone gained a strong reputation for pedals like the OCD overdrive, Fulldrive series, and Clyde Wah, all of which became staples on professional pedalboards. Their designs blended classic analogue warmth with modern reliability, making them a favourite among tone purists. Though the company ceased operations in 2022, Fulltone pedals remain highly sought after for their craftsmanship and signature sound.

Fuzz

Fuzz is a type of guitar effect that distorts the signal in a more extreme and saturated way than typical overdrive or distortion pedals. It creates a thick, woolly tone with a characteristic “fuzzy” sound, often associated with the classic rock and psychedelic eras. Fuzz pedals work by clipping the waveform of the signal at a much higher level, resulting in a crunchy, sometimes harsh sound that has a distinctive bite and sustain.

Fuzz pedals can vary in intensity and tone, with some offering more subtle, warm fuzz and others creating a more aggressive, raspy sound. The controls typically include fuzz, tone, and volume, allowing players to shape the effect to suit their preferences. Classic fuzz pedals like the Electro-Harmonix Big Muff Pi and the Dallas Arbiter Fuzz Face have become iconic for their bold, powerful sound, making fuzz a staple for genres like rock, stoner metal, and experimental music.

Pedal

A pedal is an electronic device that alters the sound of an electric guitar by applying various effects. Pedals are typically connected in a series between the guitar and amplifier, allowing guitarists to switch effects on and off with their feet while playing.

This enables musicians to quickly and easily change their sound, adding versatility and creativity to their performances.

Pedals are essential tools in many musical genres, including rock, blues, jazz, and metal, allowing artists to craft distinctive and dynamic soundscapes.

Once you buy one, you can’t stop and then you have to sell them and buy more.
