The Boss GA-FC EX Foot Controller is the perfect way to optimise your live setup. An improved version of the regular GA-FC it offers a host of secondary functions for each control so you can customise your setup with ease. Youll get access to two different tap tempo switches as well as separate Reverb Delay FX Modulation and Booster controls. You can change the function of each with the footswitch at the end for exceptional control over your rig at all times. Two status LEDs for each switch clearly display which mode youre using – no clumsy mishaps for you! But theres more. Take a look around the back and youll find some brand new inputs for even more dynamism. Two expression pedals can be attached separately giving you control over more effects parameters. With the Mode switch you can even add in a third expression pedal or change to Expand mode to attach another GA-FC EX! Finally you can change to Foot Control 2 which lets you hook up a second amp to this dynamic controller. The sky is the limit.

Pedal Switchers

A pedal switcher routes effects through independently controlled loops so several pedals can be engaged, bypassed or reordered from one set of footswitches. Simple loop strips shorten the live signal path; programmable systems store combinations as presets and may send MIDI commands or change amplifier channels. Loop count, buffer placement, stereo support, spillover and routing flexibility define the system.

Tap Tempo

Measures repeated foot taps and converts their interval into an effect rate or delay time. Subdivisions translate that pulse into dotted, triplet or other rhythmic values, while averaging and range limits influence how quickly and accurately the tempo settles.
