Description
Allow JustPedals to introduce the Old Blood Noise Endeavors Parting Glitch Delay/Reverb Crushing Modulation Pedal in Stone
In a wonderfully weird meeting of musical minds, harp‑wizard Emily Hopkins and the sonic sorcerers at Old Blood Noise Endeavors have cooked up something truly special. It’s called Parting — an effects device packed to the brim with all their favourite glitchy, crushed and warbly ambient noises.
At the heart of Parting is one gloriously big control that either smashes your signal into tasty digital rubble or throws it backwards through time. To the left you’ll find a selection of lush modulations, and to the right a delightfully unpredictable glitch‑delay that you can smear into a reverb wash. Behind it all lurks a clever layer of chance‑driven clock‑bending chaos that keeps everything feeling alive and full of discovery.
Parting is, quite simply, a box of beautiful “what just happened?” moments. One second, you’re swimming in a shimmering delay, the next you’re caught in crackly lo‑fi aliasing, stretched‑out reverse textures, tremolo chop, vibrato wobble, filtering and octave‑jumping madness. And the fun part? You and Parting figure it out together — half happy accidents, half deliberate sonic magic!
