The Klark Teknik EQP-KT Classic Tube Equalizer is a modern take on the legendary Pultec EQP-1A bringing the rich musical tone of vintage tube equalization into contemporary studios and live sound setups. Featuring hand-selected 12AX7 and 12AU7 tubes along with custom MIDAS transformers the EQP-KT delivers the warmth depth and character that made the original Pultec a staple in professional audio. Unlike conventional equalizers the EQP-KT allows users to boost and cut the same frequency range simultaneously enabling unique tonal shaping not found in standard EQ designs. The high-frequency boost section includes a variable bandwidth control for fine-tuning midrange presence while the low-frequency section offers powerful bass sculpting.
