The ’64 Custom Deluxe Reverb is a legend reborn. One of the most famous amps in the world and captured one thousands if records thanks to it’s bold clean tones and stunning on-board tremolo and reverb.

The ’64 Custom Deluxe is handwired point-to-point meaning that this will be a reliable workhorse as all Fender amps are! The point-to-point wiring also makes it a breeze to repair if anything goes wrong while you’re on tour!

The Desert Island Tone

Imagine you’re stranded on an island and can only have one amp with you. This would be the amp! The cleans are crystalline and powerful and should you want to use any pedals – you couldn’t ask for a better amp.

And because it’s got 20w of tube power, you’ll easily be able to take it down to your next show.

Here’s what Fender say about the 64 Custom Deluxe Reverb

Played on countless hit recordings, the mid-’60s Deluxe Reverb is a timeless Fender classic and one of the most indispensable workhorse guitar amps ever made. Moderately powered and producing a full, snappy and crystalline tone, the pedal-friendly ‘64 Custom Deluxe Reverb carries on that legacy with incredible vintage-style tones, thanks to its modified all-tube hand-wired AB763 circuitry.

Featuring Bright and Normal channels, tube-driven spring reverb and tremolo on both channels, and 20 watts of output power, this is the go-to amp for warm, clean tones and moderate breakup.

The cabinet that holds the 12” Jensen C-12Q speaker is crafted from solid pine for improved resonance and lighter weight, and features an extra-heavy textured vinyl covering and lightly aged silver grille cloth for a picture-perfect vintage look.

Its versatility and durability make the ‘64 Custom Deluxe Reverb the amp you’ll want to take with you everywhere you go, even if you wind up stranded on a desert island.

Reverb Pedals

Reverb pedals add the sense of space around your guitar, from small room ambience to spring tanks, halls, plates and huge atmospheric washes. They can make a dry guitar sound more natural, more polished or much more dramatic depending on the style of reverb used.

A subtle reverb can sit almost unnoticed behind your tone, while ambient and shimmer reverbs can become the main feature of a sound. Reverb pedals are essential for players who want depth, atmosphere and a more three-dimensional feel from their rig.

Reverb

Reverb pedals recreate the reflections and ambience of physical spaces, helping guitar tones feel larger, deeper and more immersive. Spring, plate, hall and shimmer reverbs all offer different textures ranging from subtle room ambience through to huge cinematic washes.

Modern reverb pedals are often central to ambient and atmospheric pedalboards, but they are equally valuable for adding polish and dimension to clean tones, lead parts and studio recordings.
