Warm Audio Centavo Mod Compact Overdrive Pedal

The Warm Audio Centavo Mod puts one of the most legendary overdrive circuits of all time onto your pedalboard at a far more accessible price. Whether you’re after that fabled clean boost, smooth transparent drive or a way to push your amp’s dirty channel into rich, gritty saturation, it’s got all the magic that made the original such an icon — packed into a much smaller enclosure to boot! Classic Klon-inspired tones From subtle edge-of-breakup sounds to singing lead tones, the Centavo Mod pedal captures the character and feel that guitarists have been chasing for decades. It’s an incredibly versatile drive that works just as well as an always-on tone enhancer as it does a solo boost. Added low-end muscle A handy rear-mounted Mod switch unlocks extra low-end response, giving your tone a fuller, throatier character that’s especially noticeable on the lower strings. Finished in its unmistakable gold enclosure and built with modern boards in mind, the Centavo Mod delivers all the signature sounds of the OG pedal without the vintage price tag.Key Features Pedalboard-ready, internally identical: While the Centavo Mod has a compact enclosure and top-mounted jacks, the internal circuit is true to the vintage pedal design and uses the same exact components as the full-sized Centavo. Great for clean & dirty amps: Whether you’re boosting for solos, blending clean and gain or pushing a dirty amp, the Centavo Mod has all the tricks of the original mythical beast. Two modes with authentic controls: The Centavo Mod has three simple controls on the front panel (Gain, Treble and Output) plus a Mod switch on the back panel, which extends the low-end response for cool “throaty” sounds on the lower strings. Faithful recreation of the Klon: To achieve the true-to-original overdrive tone, Centavo Mod uses carefully selected components including TL072 op amps and premium diodes that deliver those signature clean boost, edge-of breakup and hard-clipping sounds. Quality assurance in Austin, TX: Like all Warm Audio gear, the Centavo Mod has a 5-year warranty and is meticulously hand-tested and inspected by trained technicians with a passion for making music in Austin, Texas.
