The Mooer MSE1 Slow Engine Violin Synth Pedal is the perfect tool for generating a volume swell effect. Modelled after a very famous slow pedal from the early 1980s the Slow Engine allows you to cut off the sound head and each notes attack to create a violin synth effect. The MSE1 pedal is equipped with two button configuration for simple operation and is all packed into a tiny and compact unit which is designed to easily squeeze onto even the busiest pedalboards. The Sense and Attack controls allow accurate tone shaping so that you can find your ideal slow motion effect. The Mooer Slow Engine also has True Bypass which preserves the tone by eliminating signal interference when the pedal is not in use.

Synth Pedals

A synth pedal analyses an instrument signal and uses it to control generated oscillators, filters and envelopes. Unlike ordinary distortion, the output may replace the original waveform with a distinctly electronic voice. Tracking mode, pitch range, envelope response, filter movement, polyphony and dry blend determine how accurately the synthesis follows playing dynamics and whether the result behaves as bass, lead, pad or texture.

True Bypass

Connects input directly to output through mechanical or relay switching when the effect is off, removing the active circuit from the audio path. It avoids buffer colour but leaves cable capacitance and switching design to influence high-frequency loss and possible switching noise.
