32 Amplifier Types, 170 Boss Effects

Powered by a core GX-100 engine, the interface is designed for the modern needs of the guitar/bass player. Whatever style of music you want to play, the plethora of Boss AIRD amps and effects has you covered. Create inspiring sound in seconds by using the interface and panel knobs for intuitive tone-shaping.

Boss Tone Studio

Tweak every GX-10 parameter, save sounds, and organise ‘Live Sets’ for different gigs from your computer — all via Boss’ Tone Studio software for macOS and Windows. And with the Boss BT-DUAL Bluetooth Audio MIDI Dual Adaptor (sold separately), you can wirelessly adjust settings from the Boss Tone Studio app on your mobile device and stream backing music from your device’s library.

Seamless Usage

Practice, record & perform seamlessly thanks to the strategic inputs and outputs. Plug into the PC to record and play tracks in music production software on a computer or mobile device via USB-C. Plug in your headphones and practice in smart, effective ways thanks to the on-board effects and looper.

66 Banks, 198 User Memories

Simplify your rig by scrolling through memories one at a time. Set up basic memories for clean, crunch rhythm, and lead sounds. Or load up the 66 banks and 198 user memories with custom sounds for your set list and tap through them sequentially on stage.

Use Like A Standard Pedalboard, or Explore Endless Possibilities

This reconfigures the footswitches to control three user-assignable targets. Use them like a pedalboard to turn effects on/off or kick in a solo boost. Or go deeper by changing up to 20 assignable parameters with just one press.

Bank/Number Mode

This mode allows you to select memories within banks. It also unlocks the Current Number function, providing access to one or more parameters by pressing the switch for the currently loaded memory. Using this function, you can extend your tonal options for each memory with a solo boost, delay effect, or anything else you’d like to assign.

Multi Effects Pedals

Multi effects pedals combine several effect types in one unit, giving guitarists access to drives, modulation, delay, reverb, amp modelling and utility tools without needing a board full of separate pedals. They are a practical option for players who want flexibility and fast access to many sounds.

They are especially useful for covers bands, home recording, practice and players who are still discovering which effects they like best. A good multi effects unit can simplify your setup while still giving you a wide palette of tones for different songs and styles.

Multi FX

Multi FX pedals and related effects are commonly used by guitarists looking to shape their tone in a more focused and creative way. Different designs offer their own response, feel and tonal character depending on the style of music and the type of amplifier or guitar being used.

Many players build pedalboards gradually over time, combining different effects and utilities to create a setup that suits their own sound and workflow. Multi FX related gear can play an important role in both live performance and studio recording.
