The Beetronics Seabee Lite Multi-Chorus Pedal is a streamlined take on the original Harmochorus delivering lush analogue modulation in a more accessible format. Built around a bucket-brigade design it offers rich organic chorus tones with a musical response that feels right under your fingers. Three distinct modes – Classic Flangee and Wobblee – each bring their own character from smooth vintage-style shimmer to more experimental tape-like movement. Despite its simplified layout there are plenty of tricks to enjoy! You get 16 presets MIDI control stereo outputs and expression compatibility making it easy to slot into modern rigs. The Chorus/Vibee switch lets you move from traditional chorus to fully wet modulation while filter options help shape your sound further. Its a compact but powerful modulation tool that keeps the unique Beetronics vibe intact while staying intuitive to use.

Chorus Pedals

Chorus mixes the dry signal with one or more short, continuously modulated delays. The small pitch and timing movement between the paths creates width, shimmer and the impression of several instruments playing together. Rate controls the modulation speed, depth controls its excursion, and delay or mix settings determine whether the result is subtle thickening, a liquid wobble or a broad stereo image.

Tags

Analogue

The signal is shaped by continuously varying electronic circuitry rather than being converted into a digital effect algorithm. Component choice, operating voltage and circuit tolerances influence headroom, noise, clipping texture and the small variations in response between designs.

MIDI

Sends, receives or responds to Musical Instrument Digital Interface messages rather than carrying the instrument audio itself. Program changes recall presets, continuous controllers move parameters, and MIDI clock or transport messages synchronise timing between devices.

Presets

Stores complete groups of parameter values for later recall. The number of locations, switching time, spillover behaviour and whether presets include routing, expression and MIDI assignments determine how completely one sound can change into another.

Stereo

Processes, creates or passes two audio channels. True stereo preserves separate left and right inputs, while mono-to-stereo effects generate spatial differences internally; routing, phase behaviour and whether trails remain stereo determine the resulting image. Some outputs sum to mono when only one socket is connected, which can change level or modulation depth.
