The Mooer TresCab Speaker Simulation Pedal is loaded with 5 different cab models for you to simulate without the need for carrying around a big heavy amp. The cabinet options include 1×8 and 1×10 combo amps open 1×12 and 2×12 modes and a 4×12 closed mode which can be selected via the simple Mode control. The TresCabs other versatile controls consist of Low/Dis High/Pos and a mode switch to select either EQ mode for making tonal adjustments to the effect or Mic mode which allows you to place and alter a microphone. The TresCab Speaker Simulator also features True Bypass which eliminates signal interference when the unit is not in use to preserve the tone.

Category
Specialist Effects Pedals
Specialist effects alter the signal in ways that do not sit cleanly inside one established family. They may use granular processing, frequency shifting, resonators, freeze or sustain, bit reduction, ring modulation, feedback networks or combinations of several techniques. The relevant distinction is the underlying process, its tracking or latency, and how completely the dry signal can be blended or replaced.
Tags
True Bypass
Connects input directly to output through mechanical or relay switching when the effect is off, removing the active circuit from the audio path. It avoids buffer colour but leaves cable capacitance and switching design to influence high-frequency loss and possible switching noise.
