The Kemper Profiler Remote was designed to work in perfect harmony with your existing Profiler. A solid connection between your Profiler and the Remote lets you tinker and create to your hearts content, without any prior knowledge of MIDI or the like needed to get going. Versatility and ease of use are the name of the game.

Built for Gigging Musicians

A number of smart features help to enhance your live playing experience. The robust, compact housing means it’ll stand up to the trials and tribulations of regular gigging. Its sizeable, illuminated screen lets you reference your current settings easily at a glance, allowing you to see the key information, even when you’re on a dark stage.

Innovation Across the Board

Five individual sounds or “Rigs” can be accessed through each of the five buttons spread across the bottom part of the floor board. Further buttons are then assigned to tap in the tempo, the tuner and the exclusive “Looper” effect. One press of this particular button transforms the Remote into a powerful, looper control station. You’ll be able to record loops up to 30 seconds in length (or a minute at half speed), which can then be reversed, played back at a slower rate, or undone completely. Each loop can also be recorded, deleted and overdubbed using the intuitive buttons located on the board.

Simple Setup

Setting up is a straightforward and hassle-free procedure. You simply connect the remote using just one ethernet cable, which is then fed into your Profiler. You don’t need any other extra power supplies to get started! You’ll then be able to use up to four continuous foot pedals – which can be utilised to effect different settings within your Profiler. An additional four buttons let you switch effects off and on. Kemper have described the setting up process, which is “easier to learn than putting a new contact into your cell phone”.

Kemper is a renowned brand that revolutionized guitar amplifiers with its Profiling Amplifier, which allows musicians to capture the exact sound of any guitar amp. Unlike traditional modelling amplifiers, the Kemper Profiler actively “profiles” the sound of an amplifier, rather than creating a sound from scratch. It can analyse the sonic characteristics of any amp, cabinet, and rig, and replicate those tones in great detail. The device comes with hundreds of built-in profiles of popular amps, and users can create their own profiles from their gear. These profiles can be shared or downloaded from Kemper’s Rig Exchange, an online database that offers a wide variety of amp sounds from musicians around the world.

Kemper products are available in various models, including the Kemper Head, Kemper Rack, and Kemper Stage, each offering unique features such as built-in effects, multiple input/output options, and the ability to use a Class-D power amp in some models. It’s widely used by both live performers and studio musicians due to its flexibility, ease of use, and ability to store and transport amp sounds with great accuracy. This makes it an ideal solution for musicians who want to replicate high-quality tones on stage or in the studio, without the need to lug around heavy equipment.

Guitar Effect Pedal

A guitar pedal, also known as an effects pedal, is a device used by guitarists to alter the sound of their instrument in various ways. These pedals are typically small, foot-operated units that are connected in a signal chain between the guitar and the amplifier. They can modify the guitar’s tone, pitch, and dynamics by applying different effects such as distortion, reverb, delay, chorus, and more. Guitar pedals come in both analog and digital formats, and they allow musicians to create a wide range of sounds, enhancing their musical expression and creativity. They are essential tools for guitarists in genres ranging from rock and blues to jazz and electronic music.
