Create vintage chorus sounds and psychedelic phasers or classing pulsing tremolos and warbling crushing bits. With control knobs to change a range of parameters and two parameter knobs to assign custom controls so your favourite parameters are right at your fingertips. The pedal also supports MIDI to integrate into a MIDI rig and an expression pedal input. 12 unique modulations The Strymon Mobius Multi-Modulation Pedal features a variety of adjustable parameters including five different modes to select from to cover all the classic chorus sounds. The chorus can deliver the variable clock warmth of a dbucket multi and vibrato or produce a crisp clean 80s sound of digital and detune modes. The Flanger offers 6 modes to choose from delivering classic flinger tones ranging from vintage stomp flange sounds to tape flangers. In Rotary mode the Mobius captures sonic swirling complexities of variable horn and drum rotary speakers with controls to shape the systems sonics and mechanics. When set to Vibe mode the pedal creates a warm deep modulation with controls to shape the waveshape symmetry low end response and headroom. The Phaser offers a phasing modulation with options to dial in 2 4 and 6 stage phasing as well as swirly 8 12 and 16 stage phasing. When the Filter mode is selected the pedal can deliver a range of filters from low pass to wah to high pass. The filter features a range of waveforms with controls for resonance and envelope to create soothing sweeps funky wahs and futuristic bleeps. The Formant mode provides a range of selectable waveforms that control a variety of selectable vowels. Vintage Trem mode offers three classic tremolo sounds ranging from rich classic tremolo tones soothing pulses of a tube tremolo and a surf spy-sounding phot tremolo. The Pattern Trem mode offers a sequence of up to 6 beats of tremolo subdivision with a range of waveforms to create unique sounds. Autoswell provides four different swell curves with a wide range of rise times whilst the depth control can bring in chorus/vibrato effects. Destroyer mode combines bit-crushing sample rate reduction and lo-fi filtering to create powerfully flexible modulations. Quadrature mode provides a signal corrupting modulation with the choice between amplitude modulation frequency modulation and frequency shifting. 200 built-in presets The Strymon Mobius Multi-Modulation Pedal comes complete with the option to save and recall up to 200 of your own presets the Mobius will let you keep making new sounds without losing all your favourite settings. By using the front panel switches you can quickly and easily select your desired preset or you can select them via an external MIDI controller. Pre/post mode The Strymon Mobius Multi-Modulation Pedal is loaded with a pre/post mode that can selected by using the single routing switch located next to the expression pedal input. When put into this mode the pedal can be placed in different locations in a mono single chain. This allows the Mobius to be moved within the chain without the need to unplug everything and move it around. Full MIDI support Strymon’s Modulator pedal offers full MIDI support so it can be integrated into any MIDI gear giving you the ability to remotely control your effects via a MIDI controller. This feature also lets you select your presets via MIDI and sync up the LFO time to the MIDI clock.
