Zvex Effects have redesigned their Box of Rock’s Distortion Engine to create the modified Vexter Distortron, giving you even more gain and a sub-control switch with 3 levels! The Vexter Distortron is probably Zvex Effects’ most sophisticated distortion yet, with carefully selected amounts, this pedal has reduced the amount of ‘flubbiness’ that happens when using heavy low-end responses from large amps with lots of gain. Meaning you get to keep the integrity of your tone without losing clarity when cranked all the way up. The Distortron stacks like a dream, so make sure to put it at the end of your chain and witness its true power in shaping your sound.
