The Animal Overdrive by J Rockett is the sound of a classic Plexi, cranked to the max in a small pedal enclosure. You can turn your amp into a snarling animal with this pedal and the fact that it's easy to use means you can use any guitar with it and ensure you get a great gain sound.

The Animal has plenty of bark and mid-range grit.

The Animal OD is back by popular demand. The Animal is an accurate recreation of an overdriven 1968 “Plexi”. The ANIMAL OD has the grunt and midrange bark of the old classic rock n roll amps but cleans up extremely well by backing off of your guitar’s volume control.
The controls are very simple and no matter where they are set they give you a great overdrive sound.
